The Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund
About The Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund
The Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund was created by the City of Calgary in 2018 with a mandate to accelerate diversification and strengthen our economy. In 2025, City Council invested an additional $60 million in the fund, reinforcing OCIF's role as a key tool for growing Calgary's economy.
WE FIND, FUEL AND FOSTER THE FUTURE. We’re shaping Calgary’s economic future by finding opportunities with the greatest potential benefit to the city, fuelling those opportunities with capital and fostering their success by integrating each investment into a network of resources and people.
