At The Omnia Group, we focus on the acquisition of businesses with $10 million to $75 million in revenue. We seek companies with strong management teams, unique competitive advantages, historically strong profitability, and a diversified customer base. The Omnia Group was formed in January 2002 for the purpose of identifying, locating, and acquiring lower middle market companies leveraging 30 years of experience in operating, acquiring, managing, and growing middle market companies with an emphasis on manufacturing, distribution, and asset-based service businesses.
