The Louie M. and Betty M. Phillips Foundation

The Louie M. The Betty M. Phillips Foundation supports a variety of organizations in the fields of health, human services, civic affairs, education, and the arts. The organizations are funded out of budget allocations established by the Committee on Beneficiaries on an annual basis. Priority consideration is given to organizations serving the greater Nashville community and to those having long-standing relationships with our founders or the Phillips Foundation leadership. By setting aside specific percentages for areas such as education and the arts, the Phillips Foundation can balance competing interests and ensure that a variety of community needs are met.
