The KABR Group (“KABR”) is a vertically integrated, private equity real estate firm responsible for the investment, management, and development of commercial, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality real estate.
Since being founded in 2008, KABR has acquired approximately 100 properties comprised of six million square feet of development rights, four million square feet of office and industrial space, and more than 4,000 multifamily units.
KABR has raised more than $300M of equity capital, 49% of which has been contributed by the principals of KABR. KABR has managed the purchase of more than 100 assets, and the sale of 30 assets.
