The Impact Engine

We invest in companies at the pre-seed through Series A stage. If pre-seed, you must at least have a working prototype, product, or service that you’re currently testing (even in concept). We’re less concerned with product maturity—we want to see that you’ve done your homework and taken the necessary steps to validate your idea with potential customers. Convince us why your solution is the right one to solve the problem and back up evidence. Be sure to include well-researched data and thorough knowledge of the potential market in your application. For companies that are ready for a seed or Series A fundraising, we expect that you have a core team in place, your product has been in the market, you understand your customer and market, and how your financial model works. By this point, your company is off the ground and you’re working hard to craft and refine your message into an effective investor presentation. If you’ve already raised around and are looking for help through the fundraising process, as your company continues to grow, then you’re ready for Seed+.
