The Bittker Group is an Venture Capital Investment firm that focuses exclusively on two portfolio segments, e-commerce/tech, and real estate development. Our recent e-commerce/tech investments include early to mid-stage growth capital for disruptive private companies in sectors ranging from interactive student learning to aerial imagery to lithium extraction. In real estate, we've focused primarily on unique acquisition and re-development opportunities in multi-family residential and self storage. Recently, we helped fund a visionary change-of-use project creating two prominent hotels, event space and rooftop dining totaling 230k sq. ft. Over 30 years building products and leading companies has connected our lives with people and teams and experiences that keep us very motivated to replicate those feelings on the road ahead.
