Tapio Tolvanen is the Co‑Founder and CTO of Elo, a precision nutrition service focused on transforming food from the cause of disease into medicine. Previously, Tapio was Chief Data Officer at Quest Analytics, where he oversaw provider data management and network analytics, helping health plans ensure compliance with access, adequacy, and accuracy standards. Before that, he co‑founded BetterDoctor, a comprehensive doctor data engine that raised $30M from top‑tier investors including NEA, Health Catalyst Capital, and Uncork Capital, before being acquired by Quest Analytics in 2018.
