Tanner Snider, Angel Investor

Tanner Snider is VP of Investment Strategy at Gold Leaf Farming and also an Angel Investor. Tanner leads the investment strategy at Gold Leaf Farming—an investment firm that owns and operates almond, date, and pistachio orchards in the western US—looking into new crops, geographies, and other tangential businesses to invest in. Having grown up on a small farm in southern Indiana, Tanner is excited to be helping tackle one of the biggest global challenges—sustainably feeding a growing population. Prior to joining Gold Leaf, he was Chief of Staff at Airspace Intelligence, an aerospace-focused software company, where he built out the company's business operations team. He also spent three years at McKinsey & Company where he served public and private sector clients in aerospace & defense and agriculture and also spent one year as Deputy Chief of Staff to McKinsey & Company’s Global Managing Partner. He is also an active angel investor with IU Ventures, a venture capital firm investing to generate significant and long-lasting social and economic impact for IU, Indiana, and the World.
