Talents Equity is an entrepreneurial private equity company run by founders and operators. Talents Equity starts, acquires, and grows companies across the Southeast United States. We look for unsexy, below-the-radar businesses, and we hope we NEVER make the paper! We like companies that are Simple. Proven. Scalable. We want to support other entrepreneurs and management teams by helping them grow professionally, personally, and spiritually by discovering and developing their talents so we can, collectively, steward the things we have been given. We start, invest in, and acquire industrial service-based businesses in the Southeastern United States with earnings under $2M and grow them with a focus on leadership, stewardship, and a continual pursuit of excellence. We focus on building long-term relationships with each and every business. Unlike other funds, we are not run by a group of professional fund managers. Our CEO, Billy T. Van Eaton, has owned and operated a successful landscaping company for 10 years. With this experience, he understands what it takes to be an operator and build sweat equity in a business first-hand.
