T. Chris Cooper is the Managing Partner and Founder of Owl Investments, an investment platform focused on energy, energy transition, and carbon offset opportunities. He has built a career around developing infrastructure and financing solutions that support both traditional energy and emerging sustainability initiatives. He is also the CEO and Founder of Oilfield Water Logistics, LLC, a leading energy infrastructure company in the Permian Basin. Under his leadership, the firm expanded into midstream water and environmental businesses, selling its water segment in 2019. Earlier, he founded Oilfield Water Lines, LP, pioneering water midstream operations in the Eagle Ford Shale, and co-founded Eastern Partners, where he spent seven years building investment strategies in energy and infrastructure. As an investor, T. Chris Cooper has backed ventures aligned with his expertise in energy. His recent investment was in Petro-Victory Energy, reflecting his continued focus on supporting companies in the energy sector.
