Syren Capital Advisors is a boutique venture capital investment advisory firm founded in 2016, headquartered in New York, and now positioned in Dubai. Since 2007, members of our team and I have assisted over 25 funds with nearly $4 Billion of venture capital transactions. A few notable investments of our funds and our team include Facebook, LinkedIn, Airbnb, Palantir, and SpaceX. Our current strategy, utilizing special-purpose vehicles, is a laddered early- and growth-stage portfolio focused on dual-use technology, robotics, aerospace, artificial intelligence, and life sciences companies. M7 Funds are balanced stage funds, first developed in 2013 to address rapidly evolving market forces, as the majority of profit now precedes a company’s IPO. Accredited investors now have the opportunity to acquire venture capital equity before liquidity events, a new and highly strategic approach. The funds seek to acquire equity in companies engaged in big data, artificial intelligence, business intelligence and analytics, network analytics/security, augmented/virtual/mixed reality, and clean technology, bringing only pivotal technologies or processes to market. Each fund will cap at a total of $150 Million in commitments.
