Sybilla Masters Fund

Mastersfund, formally the Sybilla Masters Fund, is a women-led, gender-lens venture capital fund based in Seattle, founded in 2018, that invests in high-potential technology companies with women at the helm. It invests worldwide in sectors including AI, SaaS, healthcare, consumer, and commerce, where its partners’ expertise can amplify value. It invests $50,000 to $100,000 in seed-stage, revenue-positive, women-led tech companies through non-dilutive, revenue-based funding, using convertible notes with payment schedules tied to revenue, so founders keep more equity and investors see earlier, steadier returns. Portfolio companies include FYRII.AI, Pagedip, Stack Moxie, Heywell, Advocat AI, Bold Reuse, Revvy, AffableBPM, Looped Solutions, and Earth Knowledge. Mastersfund requires at least one woman leader in a position of strategic and operational control, appropriately titled and equitably compensated, and takes a board seat on every portfolio company to guide it toward follow-on funding. It targets companies with sales that are ready to form their first board and scale.
