Sunriver Management LLC is a fundamental equity investment firm founded in 2014 by Will Cook. Our investment strategy seeks to achieve significant wealth creation over time through strict adherence to a well-conceived and repeatable investment process developed over the Portfolio Manager’s multi-decade career. We take a long-term approach to investing, aiming to capitalize on the inefficiencies and dislocations created by the short-term focus of many other market participants today. Sunriver stresses independent and creative idea generation, with a focus on equities with market caps under $25 billion. Our approach is built on three core tenets. First, we focus on less well-trafficked stocks with market caps under $25 billion. We play offense when others are playing defense and have a history of actively deploying capital amidst market turmoil. Finally, we think long-term when others can’t or won’t. We aim to maximize long-term returns, not minimize short-term volatility, by partnering with investors who share our long-term investment outlook.
