Suncoast Venture Studio is a venture builder focused on launching high-impact companies in Florida’s Gulf Coast. We invest at the pre-seed and seed stages, matched by outside capital, and operate as an institutional co-founder, providing talent, tools, and execution frameworks to build startups from zero. Our model emphasizes speed, validation, process, and scalability, with an in-house team that supports ventures through ideation, product development, and early traction. The goal is not only investor return, but regional economic growth through well-built companies. We concentrate on four verticals where our team brings deep expertise and market tailwinds align: SaaS/AI, FinTech, Robotics & Advanced Manufacturing, and HealthTech. In SaaS/AI, we build intelligent software that automates decision-making and workflow in underserved industries. In FinTech, we focus on tools that modernize legacy systems, democratize access, and leverage Florida’s unique demographics. Our Robotics & Advanced Manufacturing efforts target robotics, machine vision, and automation software that solve industrial labor and efficiency problems, while our HealthTech ventures apply software, AI, data, and connected devices to challenges in care delivery, elder health, and clinical operations.
