Summers Value Partners LLC is a boutique investment management firm focused on investing in small-cap and micro-cap growth healthcare companies. We seek to find attractive values in high-quality small and micro-cap companies in the public market today. ​Our fund, the Summers Value Fund LP (“the Fund”), owns undervalued companies with unrecognized prospects for value creation. The Fund uses a fundamental research process, takes concentrated positions, and invests with a long-term orientation. We search for companies undergoing positive change and companies with underappreciated growth profiles that trade at a discount to intrinsic value. We favor business models with strong return metrics and management teams with a track record of operational execution and smart capital deployment. The Fund aims to compound partnership capital at a superior rate of return over the long term with a lower risk profile than the index and with low correlation to the index.
