Investment Criteria ▪ Control position in investments and/or recapitalizations ▪ Niche industrials (manufacturing & specialty products), business services, or technology companies ▪ Companies that may be lacking the systems, controls, or management processes other private equity firms require ▪ $3 million minimum TTM EBITDA ($1 million for add-ons) ▪ Enterprise values from $10 – $500 million ▪ Established businesses with a history of stable, consistent growth ▪ Sustainable competitive advantage in markets with compelling growth opportunities
