Stonehollow is focused on growth-oriented private equity opportunities, where the convergence of strong, engaged management teams, outstanding business fundamentals, and an opportunistic strategic landscape provides a path to long-term equity value appreciation. We are seeking opportunities to make equity investments ranging from $10MM to $50MM (with the ability to "flex-up"​, if necessary) with market-leading, lower and middle-market companies with EBITDA between $3MM and $15MM. Though we prefer companies in the energy, financial services, business services, food and beverage (incl. packaging), industrial, or transportation/logistics industries, we will selectively consider opportunities outside these verticals.
