I have over 35 years of audit experience in providing accounting and consulting services primarily to manufacturing and distribution, food and agriculture, and not-for-profit organizations. My career gave me significant experience in working with private equity groups and private equity owned companies and also extensive experience in the equine industry. I retired from Crowe LLP and was the Managing Partner of the Lexington, Kentucky office. I am now focused on angel investing and Board service.
