Stephen Bolze, Angel Investor

Steve Bolze is a global business leader, investor, and board member with decades of experience driving growth and transformation across energy, healthcare, and infrastructure. He currently serves as an executive advisor and board director, following a distinguished career at Blackstone and GE. At Blackstone, Steve was a Senior Managing Director and founding partner in Infrastructure, guiding investments and strategy for over four years. Prior to that, he spent nearly 25 years at GE, where he led major businesses including GE Power & Water, GE’s largest industrial unit with $28B in revenue and 52,000 employees. Under his leadership, revenues grew 70%, and multiple divisions were successfully turned around and expanded. Steve has also played an active role in global institutions such as the World Economic Forum, World Energy Council, and International Energy Agency, serving as Chair of the WEF Electricity Technology Community and Steward of the Digital Economy and Society System. As an investor, his recent portfolio includes Wattch (Seed Round, $6M) and Verde Technologies (Venture Round), reflecting his commitment to innovation in energy and sustainability.
