About Stan Brannan, Angel Investor

Stan Brannan is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and business leader with a background in electrical engineering and computer design. He founded Mycro-Tek, a pioneer in electronic newsroom systems, later acquired by Allied Signal, and went on to launch Brite Voice, where he helped shape the interactive voice response (IVR) and speech recognition industry. Through Brite, he advanced telephone-based information services for media, as well as innovations in cellular voicemail, prepaid systems, audio classifieds, and financial IVR platforms. His work played a key role in transforming communications and information technologies. Stan co-founded the Midwest Venture Alliance of Angel Investors and has served on numerous startup boards. As an active angel investor, he has invested in companies including Purifan, Neovest, Standard Call, Starphire Technology, Phonetics, and Suntell, while also working as a CEO coach and consultant. Beyond business, he is an avid pilot, golfer, and automated stock trader.
