Over the past 8 years, Stage 1 Financial has organically built a platform that generates validated deal flow. No longer do we wish to only support the investment process, but be part of it. While our core business continues to support the investment process, Stage 1 Fund now leverages our platform to co-invest in great brands alongside our very successful Venture Capital & Private Equity Partners. Typical funds are comprised of highly knowledgeable advisors and consultants that have a laundry list of contacts— that's great! Stage 1 Fund has experienced fund managers, operating partners, and an advisory board with decades of cumulative consumer products operating and investing knowledge too! However, what traditional funds are lacking is the ability to provide a dedicated staff that works in each particular business model, every day, on the ground floor. Stage 1 Fund treats its partners with as much dedication and resources as a middle-market buyout fund. Stage 1 Fund will not just take the advice of its Board and Advisors but will look to the Stage 1 Financial team members that work with these companies daily in areas such as AP, AR, Cash Management, etc. These team members have a unique view of how entrepreneurs manage their teams, vendor relationships, and cash.
