Spyros Stamatelos is a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology, a Bayer Science Fellow, and an Angel Investor. Spyros has several years of industrial experience in systems pharmacology/quantitative clinical pharmacology facilitating decision-making concerning dosing, clinical trial design, and study support. He is an award-winning systems biology researcher with a record of success in developing novel methodologies to model disease-related phenomena – and ultimately advance patient care. He is a recognized thought leader with excellent quantitative skills and a proven ability to collaborate with others to promote therapies for patients, recommend action, and deliver solutions in drug development. He does his angel investing as a member of Mid Atlantic Bio Angels, focused exclusively on new and emerging life science companies.
