Founded in 2001 by two GE Capital alums, the firm specializes in tech-enabled services, IT, communications, and media industries. Our principals have extensive experiences as senior corporate officers, board members, advisors and deal makers. We work closely with operating teams to achieve rapid growth, business transformation and financial improvement of companies.
