We are a seed stage venture capital firm focused on applied AI software companies disrupting old economy (physical) industries that comprise the majority of global GDP. We strive to be the most impactful investor to founders. As a team, we have backed over 300 founders over the last two decades. At Spider, we partner early, bringing best-in-class enterprise operators and investors who have scaled software companies from seed to IPO. We focus primarily on investments in the U.S. and Canada, with select investments in Israel and Europe. We typically lead or co-lead seed round investments. Spider was founded by Michael Neril in 2015 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
