Specter Capital was founded in 1984 and has specialized in private equity investments. They have no outside limited partners and approach all investments with a long-term perspective. They are active investors in Consumer Products, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and Oil and Gas Projects. Their structure allows us to respond to special situations without mandate constraints or fundraising concerns. Specter Capital looks to acquire businesses that exhibit the following characteristics: - $1 million to $20 million in revenue - Profitability not a requirement - Turnaround and Special Situations - Strong installed customer base with recurring revenue streams - Solid brand equity with established relationships - Corporate Divestitures - Product Lines from larger corporate parents
