Investors can co-invest in proprietary deals sourced and shared through the Southern Equity platform. Founded in 2008 as the family office of entrepreneur Allen Nance, Southern Equity became a multi-family office in 2021. Between 2000 to 2015, Allen founded three businesses that consistently ranked among the fastest-growing private businesses in the United States. Southern Equity always invests its own capital first before seeking co-investors. Today, Southern Equity’s investments encompass more than 50 companies that generate over a billion dollars of revenue annually, employing more than 5,000 people globally — and growing.
