Sorin Angel Capital (Sorin Capital Funds) is an entrepreneurial venture that is designed to enable entrepreneurs. We invest in scalable seed-stage technology companies that are applying technology in transformational ways to disrupt established markets. We do this by capitalizing on networks of other Angel Investors to get into the path of high-quality deal flow and then to share in the wisdom of those networks to evaluate risks and make investment decisions. Sorin Angel Capital invests in post-revenue companies that have matured enough to have a functioning and independent Board of Directors in place who can guide an experienced founding team of entrepreneurs.
