We are focused investors specializing in enterprise software and business services companies in the middle market. Our heritage is in traditional private equity, but we are not portfolio managers. Investment Parameters We maintain flexibility in evaluating opportunities, although we generally target controlling investments in: ▪ Providers of vertical application and other enterprise software or technology-enabled business services. ▪ Businesses with revenue between $5 and $100 million and EBITDA between $1 and $20 million. ▪ Management-led or leveraged buyouts, buildups, recapitalizations, restructurings or split-outs.
