Social Capital Partners

About Social Capital Partners

We’re building a more inclusive and resilient economy by investing in the people and ideas that will lead to enduring, systemic change. Social Capital Partners is a nonprofit founded by philanthropist Bill Young in 2001 to focus on designing and implementing new financial tools that broaden economic opportunity, security, and inclusion. With projects that have ranged from investing in social enterprises to funding US-based companies selling to their employees, we are always looking for our next Big Idea. Today, we’re focused on improving access to asset ownership and addressing rising wealth concentration through investment, public policy, and advocacy.
