Smyrna Façade Improvement Grant

If you are remodeling the exterior of your home, business or institution and live in the Smyrna Downtown Development District or the Smyrna Redevelopment Focus Area, you may be eligible for a façade grant up to $2,500 for residences and $10,000 for commercial building.
