We are seeking a controlling interest in closely held private companies entering an ownership transition. These companies should have an annual sales revenue between $1MM and $5MM+ (will consider larger deals as well). Target industries are in the following areas: - Mining - Oil/Gas - Safety - Energy - Military - Outdoor Recreation - Health/Fitness - Healthcare - Bicycles - Soccer Other criteria include: - Manufacturing, distribution, and/or service companies. - Unique products with technology processes. - Proprietary products with potential for intellectual property protection. - Market leadership position with market niches. - Gross margins in excess of 30%. - Potential for international business. - Diversified customer base and industry channels. - Companies that currently have positive cash flow. - High growth potential.
