The firm was founded by General Partner Marianna Bonechi, who splits her time between Menlo Park and Vienna, bringing over 14 years of corporate development and M&A experience across New York, Vienna, and Central and Eastern Europe. She previously advised the Austrian Business Agency and served as a board observer at Endeavor Ukraine, later going on to co-found Dnipro VC.
