Skyharbor Capital is a private investment firm financially backed by several family offices and successful industry executives. ​ We specialize in acquiring established (B2B or B2B2C) companies that provide information-based or "tech-enabled" business services. We seek opportunities where we can help good companies become great companies through digital transformation. We believe that information and technology is no longer an industry, but rather a set of continuously-evolving tools and value-creation processes that (when applied effectively) can help companies in any industry better understand and service their end customers. We are focused on acquiring companies that have long-term B2B customer relationships and we're obsessed with finding ways to help those businesses improve their operations or better serve their own customers. We acquire companies with our own capital and don't invest via a traditional fund; therefore, we have the flexibility to invest in a variety of situations and prefer to think over the long term, and don't have pressure for short-term exits.
