Shore Points Capital is a private equity firm focused on lower middle-market change-of-control transactions. Our strategy is to partner with existing owners/managers as we acquire and invest in well-managed and well-positioned businesses located principally in North America. We primarily sponsor deals involving profitable companies with enterprise values from $10 million to $50 million. We are particularly interested in technology businesses that have a software platform at the core of their service or product offering (enterprise software, SaaS, tech-enabled business services). With extensive experience in the software and technology space, Shore Points has access to a powerful network of executives, advisors, and consultants to help us bring value to our portfolio companies. In addition to our core focus on software and technology businesses, we selectively pursue opportunities in the service, specialty manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
