Segra Capital is an energy-focused Investment Firm founded in 2013 with expertise in nuclear power and related energy infrastructure. Segra invests in both public and private markets globally, primarily through its flagship hedge fund, Segra Resource Partners. Since its inception, the firm has focused exclusively on underfollowed or contrarian investments globally and combines deep fundamental securities analysis with proprietary top-down industry research to drive portfolio investments and construction. Segra Capital is actively engaged with the leading private companies in the broader nuclear industry. The firm makes selective private investments through standalone Special Purpose Vehicles when outstanding opportunities arise Strategy Segra aims to find high-quality companies with discernible valuation discounts to peers and our internal projections. Limited and/or exclusive deal access is a key criterion along with an ability to help drive the investment narrative, company strategy, and ultimately exit based on the firm’s deep industry integration. Execution Segra Capital primarily funds its private investments with the support of Segra Resource Partners’ investor base. Deals are executed exclusively if and when differentiated and high-conviction opportunities present themselves. There is no mandated cadence for the execution of private deals under the Segra umbrella.
