The firm invests in growth-stage technology businesses with a clear connection to Australia or New Zealand. Our Criteria ▪ Domicile We invest in Australian and New Zealand companies or founders. ▪ Growth We look for revenues growing in excess of 30% per year. ▪ Stage We invest in growth-stage businesses with revenues usually exceeding A$10m. ▪ Market scale Revenues distributed globally, or otherwise concentrated in a sufficiently large domestic market. ▪ Product-Market Fit There must be compelling evidence of at least the first iteration of product-market fit.
