Seaside 88, LLC (“Seaside”) has a narrowly focused business of providing smaller companies with growth capital in the form of upfront payment in return for a share of the company’s future monthly revenues until Seaside achieves a negotiated return on its investment. We mostly avoid seed funding and instead focus on companies that have proven demand for their products and/or services. Companies may be either privately held or publicly traded.
