Scott Weller is the Co‑Founder and CTO of EnFi, Inc., where he is pioneering the first generation of synthetic workforce solutions for financial services through agent‑based AI systems. His work sits at the intersection of AI, finance, and automation, redefining how businesses leverage intelligent systems for efficiency and innovation. Previously, Scott co‑founded and served as CTO of SessionM, a data and marketing platform acquired by Mastercard in 2019, where he continued as GM and Head of Product for Merchant Loyalty. His career spans early internet ventures like Intelecom Data Systems, major acquisitions including Gamesville ($218M) and Lycos ($12.5B), and leadership roles at Terra Networks, Scientific Games, and Mastercard. Beyond building companies, Scott has invested in and mentored over 45 startups in the Boston and New England ecosystem. In 2023, he founded the Seguin Venture Summit, a retreat and founder network supporting first‑time entrepreneurs. He continues to serve as an Investor, Board Member, and Advisor across ventures such as 10x, TBDAngels, Cyvl.ai, Blustream.io, Squark.ai, LearnLux, and Esprezzo, among others.
