Scott Moore is an angel investor focused on blockchain, AI, and decentralized infrastructure startups. He has made over 20 investments, including MNX, a blockchain infrastructure company, HackQuest, a Web3 education platform, Gaia, an AI-focused technology startup, and RISE Chain, a blockchain network project.
