I’ve spent my career helping startups scale and structure organizations that actually work. From running operations at high-growth blockchain companies to leading complex transitions and navigating regulatory challenges, I’ve worn a lot of hats—and know what breaks as companies grow. At Everclear, I helped turn an early-stage startup into a major player in blockchain infrastructure, leading initiatives like Foundation and Token Launch structuring, centralized-to-decentralized transitions, and scaling globally distributed teams. Before that, I was at Polychain Capital, building systems to support one of the world’s leading Web3 venture funds. I’m also a lawyer, angel investor, writer, and explorer. My experience spans venture capital, operational strategy, and structuring, and while blockchain has been my focus, I’m always looking for new challenges.
