Sam Goodner, Angel Investor

Sam Goodner is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and mentor with a passion for solving business problems through technology. He has founded and scaled multiple companies, consistently driving growth and transformation. In 2016, he invested in FlashParking Inc., serving as President and later Chief Strategy Officer. Under his leadership, the company grew from 12 to over 800 employees, expanded globally, completed 10 acquisitions, and achieved unicorn status in 2022 before his retirement in 2023. Sam also founded Four Winds Capital LP in 2014 and earlier launched Catapult Systems Inc., a Microsoft‑focused IT consulting firm acquired by Chinasoft International in 2013. Over two decades, he also founded and sold PowerDOC and Inquisite, and launched ventures including Mobile Alchemy and Slingrock. As an investor, Sam has backed Be Chipper, ComplAi, and FlashParking, reflecting his focus on financial software, productivity platforms, and connected mobility solutions.
