Sam Blackshear, Angel Investor

Sam Blackshear is an angel investor whose recent investment was in V12, an autonomous AI security agent built to simulate offensive attacks and continuously stress-test systems, helping organizations uncover weaknesses before adversaries exploit them. He has participated at the early stage of funding, backing V12 during its seed round. Sam also serves as Co-founder and CTO of Mysten Labs, a role he has held since 2021, where he leads technical innovation in blockchain infrastructure. Previously, he was a Principal Engineer at Meta, contributing to large-scale distributed systems.
