Investment Criteria ▪ Software or tech-enabled services companies with deep knowledge of one or more verticals or horizontals, with potential for accelerated growth through new AI solutions. ▪ For transformative platform acquisitions: ARR of $25M-150M in revenue, breakeven to profitable, with a strong client base. ▪ For tuck-in acquisitions: ARR of $5M-50M in revenue, breakeven to profitable, growing client base.
