Sagewind Capital is a private equity firm focused on partnering with great management teams to build businesses over the long run. Our approach to capital is simple: patient, flexible, and aligned. We don’t force companies into rigid timelines—whether success takes 3 years or 10, we stay the course. Our investors, largely family offices and select institutions, are aligned around preservation of capital and enduring value creation. We invest in differentiated businesses within the Defense and Government Technology sectors that are led by exceptional management teams. We partner closely with entrepreneurs and management teams, bringing capital, strategic insight, and deep industry networks to help them scale faster.
