RTP Angel Fund

RTP Angel Fund is a committed capital fund launched in the Summer of 2023 to invest in and work with companies to help them grow and achieve scale. A member-managed fund with a diverse investor base of over 50 North Carolinians who may also invest additional funds alongside the Fund on any given investment. A fund that typically invests at the early stages of funding for a company ranges from $50k to $250k, with an average investment amount of $150k. Our investment focus is relatively broad and is driven by the expertise and preferences of our members. Regardless of the investment opportunity presented, collective member interest drives our decision to proceed. We evaluate a broad spectrum of companies that reflects the expertise and interest of our membership, which includes a diverse group of investors with a wide range of industry knowledge.
