Ron Pragides, Angel Investor

Ron Pragides is the Vice President of Engineering at Blackhawk Network, where he leads global engineering efforts to build scalable web and mobile experiences for millions of users across 26 countries. Before joining Blackhawk Network, Pragides held senior engineering leadership roles at Trustly, Carta, BigCommerce, Twitter, and Salesforce, where he helped scale engineering organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Pragides is also an active angel investor with about twenty investments across fintech, SaaS, and data-driven startups. His portfolio includes companies such as Allstacks, MetaMap, Nelo, Cacheflow, and Dragonboat, with rounds ranging from pre-seed to Series B.
