Roberto Medrano, Angel Investor

Roberto Medrano is a veteran technology executive and board member with expertise across cybersecurity, AI, blockchain, SaaS, and cloud. He has held senior roles at five public companies, including as General Manager of HP Software, and has served on the boards of more than a dozen companies that were acquired. A recognized cybersecurity pioneer, he helped lead early initiatives in firewalls, content security, and policy. He currently serves on the boards of Cyvatar.ai, Lief Labs, BLAZE, and the Braille Institute of America, and leads Beach View, a consulting firm advising CEOs and CxO teams on growth, product strategy, and digital transformation. His leadership has guided multiple companies onto the Inc. 5000 list of fastest‑growing businesses. As an angel investor, Roberto has backed ventures at the intersection of finance and technology. His most recent investment was in Linker Finance’s $3.7M seed round in 2024.
