With over 30 years of experience in the software, hardware, and telecom sectors, I am an angel investor at York Angel Investors and Keiretsu Forum Canada, where I focus on the gov/B2B SaaS space. I have a proven track record of identifying, evaluating, and supporting promising early-stage ventures, as well as scaling and exiting successful companies. Most recently, I founded and led eScribe Software Ltd., a leading cloud-based provider of meeting management solutions for local, county, and state governments. I grew the company from scratch to a profitable scaled-up business, and completed the sale to OnBoard Meetings, backed by JMI Equity, in July 2021. I've raised capital (debt/equity) and delivered superior results for shareholders, employees, and customers.
