As a patent attorney, I advise companies in the MedTech and biopharma space on matters of patent strategy in order to help them produce high-value patent portfolios. I am also an angel investor (>100 angel investments) focusing primarily on Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, and B2B SaaS. I am a member of the Life Science Angels (LSA), Band of Angels, and NuFund Venture Group. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Strategikon Pharma and Life Science Angels. Notable early-stage investments include Promaxo, Neuro42, Noctrix Health, LabViva, Seal Rock Therapeutics, Strategikon/Clinical Maestro, mmTron, Givzey, Evress Analytics, and Eva Commerce. Exits include DTX Pharma, SpineAlign, OnScale, Tenyx, and Gravyty. Previously, I have held both in-house and private practice positions as a patent attorney, primarily prosecuting patents in the biotechnology and medical device fields.
