I tend to work in two main fields, but also have engagements in two others. The work fields are: - family business advisory, and - innovation/commercialization advisory. Mainly around governance, culture, strategy, and leadership, all with a focus on implementation and performance. Often during succession or exit processes. The two other fields are: - angel / early stage investing, and - the Mental Health space.
